How to Measure Your Head for a Mitre

Step 1:
Place the measuring tape approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows.

Step 2:
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your head, passing just above both ears and around the back of your head.

Step 3:
Ensure the tape is level all the way around. It should be snug but not tight—do not pull the tape too tightly.

Step 4:
Record the measurement in inches (or centimeters if preferred).

Important Measuring Tips:

Measure 2–3 times to ensure accuracy.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Use a soft fabric measuring tape for the most accurate results.
Do not use a metal tape measure.

Measurement Location:
Measure the full circumference of your head at the widest part, passing just above the ears and across the forehead.
